Scott Beattie Cocktails

Scott Beattie is a renowned mixologist based in Healdsburg, California, celebrated for his innovative approach to cocktails that emphasize farm-fresh, local ingredients. Thought of as the “Alice Waters” of cocktails, Scott gained prominence at the Michelin-starred Cyrus restaurant in Healdsburg, where his use of fresh local herbs, fruits, and vegetables was unprecedented in the American cocktail scene. ​

In 2008, Beattie authored "Artisanal Cocktails," a collection of classic and creative recipes that highlight his farm-to-bar philosophy. He developed the bar program at Spoonbar in Healdsburg, and has also served as the Beverage Director at Hyatt San Francisco, Martini House in St Helena, Montage Resort, and now Barndiva in Healdsburg, where he offers cocktail classes that provide a full sensory experience, teaching participants to craft both classic and original cocktails using fine spirits and organic ingredients.
